I just had a strange, wonderful, pretty, quiet dream about family and fortune-tellers and football and love and miniature crystal balls and maybe you were there. And I feel so good now, even as I emerge from my warm, sleepy dream-state and into the dim winter afternoon and whatever Sunday, December the fifth has in store for me. I know this feeling of well-being and contentedness and purpose will melt away into the confusing, mundane reality of my life as soon I as step outside my front door, but that's alright. The weather outside feels like Christmas, and Christmas feels like love.
