the cat's out of the bag...

Okay, so we're not suppose to say anything until week 13... But what the hey, it's week 10...

We're pregnant (again :) ) and baby Peanut is due around the 4th of October. As you may recall, Tadhg was called "Little One" while still inside. I couldn't cope with this one being called "Little Two/Too", so Peanut it is.

I'm happy, excited and recovering from morning/lunch/evening sickness.

We are officially the most fertile couple on the planet. 2 days off birth control and we were pregnant. I can't take all the credit, PB has great swimmers.

We've had to change doctors for this one and I'm a little upset. I LOVE my other doctor. The new set seem nice - all women OB/GYNs, all keen to help us have a VBAC (Vaginal Birth After C-Section), all down to earth, pragmatic, western medicine trained with a touch of boulder-style alternativeness.

In other news...
we've had a massive water leak that we didn't know about until last Friday. The water had been seeping into our leach field and so was not evident. We found out after the water board gave us a ring and told us that our usage was way up - from our usual 5,000 gallons a month to over 100,000 a month! YIKES! The guys were out here on Tuesday and found the leak. We now have pools of water sitting on the leach field, much to the delight of the local bird population. The fixit crew are here tomorrow - it ain't gunna be cheap. But hey, at least we will have it fixed and I can stop feeling guilty about all the wasted water.
