Online certification training advice request

Has anyone used quickcert.com for preparing for certification tests? My certifications were from my local community college and are outdated. I'm currently between jobs and having a tough time finding work. Current certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA and Cisco would help. The recent reviews online for quickcert are mixed. Just the player. I do not think you can do things like make one server a DC with a host and then add other VMs with a host adapter to that domain.You need virtualbox to run several instances at once or the workstation product (I can privately give you a key). These are Important step in simulating any virtual environment. With 16 gigs you can run many servers. I have been out of work on and off for a year longer so I know how it is.

Server 2010 does not exist. 2012 is out now which is very VM friendly and offers LPAD data compression for T1 and other low bandwidth WANS for AD replication which is very very nice. Exchange 2010 is the biggest change with edge servers using ATOM (a lite blueprint of AD but not the real thing that does not even join the domain but supports AD).

What I do is create an AD and DNS in VMWare and share them all. Go to Microsoft's website and download newsid. You need to run it in every Windows Server re-installation so no conflicts arise due to SID naming (not netbios naming) and you are good to go. I have one base W2k3 image I use for all and just run that utility each time.
