A POEM ABOUT YOU KNOW WHO!!!

The Bastard!

He lied to her,
He told her he would always love her,
And that they’d live together,
He said he’d marry her.

She never lied,
She meant what she said,
That’s how he got her into bed,
It all happened so fast,
She thought it’d always last,
And now he put it in the past.

She’s having a hard time letting go,
It’s hard to let it show.
She fought back to let him know,
She wouldn’t lie down and take the blow!
Does he know how hard it is to let go?

She sometimes wonders what she could have done right.
Maybe if she put up a bigger fight,
He wouldn’t have taken up flight.
And shunned her from his sight,
With all of his might.

She lost her two best friends that day.
Him and his brother just wouldn’t pay.
She told herself just come what may.
All she wanted was for him to say,
Those 3 words, she loved so much!

She was simple to please,
Just him there, made all at ease.
She soon found out he was just a sleeze,
Kinda like the new girl he sees.

He told her he was out all day,
With that girl, the one that’s fake.
Oh the ways she’d make him pay!

She even had his social security number,
And saw he had a job with lumber.
She’d make her move in his slumber.
And make him wonder.
Why his cd player is missing,
And why theres some guy pissing,
In the giant hole,
In his brothers wind shield.

She new she’d never forget,
The boy that she’d met,
At the new job that she’d got,
And the fact that he smoked pot.

She remembers everything.
Even the first kiss and the first sting,
And the time he told her,
That he had a daughter.
And the time he told her,
That he’d loved her.

She’s having a hard time letting go,
It’s hard to let it show.
She fought back to let him know,
She wouldn’t lie down and take the blow!
Does he know how hard it is to let go?

She sometimes wonders what she could have done right.
Maybe if she put up a bigger fight,
He wouldn’t have taken up flight.
And shunned her from his sight,
With all of his might.

Oh the ways she’d make him pay!

Just to be nice,
The bastard’s name is Eric Rice!
He wasn’t so nice.
So if you don’t put up with lies,
Gouge out his eyes!
Like she fantasized!
The Bastard!

Here it makes me feel better! I guess I'll write back later!

Urs Truly,
Chels
