stricken with a wave of nostalgia yesterday
2005 was a really good year for me. I finished middle school, started high school. At the time i hung out with friends like crazy and i had no problems at school. I was introduced to the internet that year. I had created my first livejournal that year.
The songs that came out that year were great too. Mostly love angel music baby and confessions on a dance floor. :3 as well as jagged little pill acoustic. Everytime i listen to that album im reminded of when i would go visit my family and spend the weekend. And do nothing but play video games. I remember going to the movies a lot too.
Oh god the movies. Every month we were going to watch something new. 2005 really had some great ass films: harry potter 4, star wars episode 3, charlie and the chocolate factory, corpse bride, king kong, land of the dead, red eye, domino, wedding crashers, war of the worlds, crash, the family stone, devils rejects, chronicles of narnia.
I dont think any other year since has produced so many memories for me. It will always have a place in my heart.
