Cons are Fun!
I made it to DundraCon on Saturday only. This weekend was a high pain weekend and is expected once each month. I saw some wonderful people, but spent entirely too little time with them. I got to play two games of Cities and Knights on the new 3D board, while drinking tea and eating madelines. AWEXOME! I broke up my gaming with alot of resting time, which means I read lots for school. This is how I have to break up my games at every con; it makes for quite a relaxing weekend. I only wish I had felt well enough to stay longer.
I booked our room for KUBLACON--the khan of cons--for the end of the semester and am very excited that Chris has decided to join us for his very first con. I think he will enjoy it. It is a great way to blow off steam at the end of the semester. LeeAnn, Bob, and Robert are joining us too. I made sure to book them a room too! Yay! Lots of lovely people and fun games to look forward to at the end of the semester. wOOt!
