THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED.

There are masks and pretty dresses and allusions to the Doctor dancing, WITH ROSE ONLY HAVE MERCY, and the fact that all of this magical referencing takes place in a bathroom after Rose has just thrown up only makes it BETTER.
Because that only meant you could have her brush her teeth with a toothbrush the Doctor adorably has in his coat, and snuggle on the floor as he TOTALLY ALMOST KISSES HER WHAAAAT.
Until the cockblocker with poor bladder control comes along and RUINS EVERYTHING, but whatever, I can forgive them, because the moment still happened and this is still a very glorious read and I will be thanking you for writing it with fruit baskets and singing telegrams until you demand that you never want to see an orange and a man in a TARDIS costume again.

I AM SO GLAD.

I'm not sure where this idea came from, to be honest. I think I thought it would be cute if the Doctor was still going "ROSE IS SO ADORABLE AND I LUFF HER" even after she's puked all over everything.
