Don't think we didn't notice he didn't say a word about needing to do any part of that more often!

And a really good excuse for half-human Time Lords to make sure their mothers-in-sort-of-but-not-really-yet-and-do-they-have-to-make-it-so-formal-and-besides-he'd-have-to-get-a-bespoke-tux-and-that-takes-forever-to-get-just-right-law never give them medication of any form again!
