D:

It hurts meeee! No growing old. Just...chips and time babiez and somehow absorbing the Time Vortex makes you live forever with lots of puppies.

Wonderful, as always. Even though I need to staple my heart back together now.

It hurts meeee!

But... healing! And snuggly naked time in bed!

Wonderful, as always. Even though I need to staple my heart back together now.

Thank you! <3 (Except stapling sounds like an awfully painful way to go about things.)

Thank you. :D I was very much going with the hope and pain and love, so I'm delighted that you liked it.

You're getting really good at the angst, I'll have you know.

I love love love stories where Rose and the Doctor grow old together and they have to face the reality of her mortality. This was just such a lovely exploration of those fears and the bittersweet ending was just perfect.

And yet, all the Doctor and Rose do in my head all day is cuddle!

Thank you. :D I love exploring this theme with them. (Gosh, can you tell? I've just been so subtle about it!) I think there's something really hopeful in it, underneath the sadness.
