It took a little creative navigation and a lot of brain power but we've managed to pick up Germany and Italy from the tiny rock Germany called an island. But luckily for us there was a REAL island not too far from where they were stranded. It seems relatively deserted for the most part but no matter. The cloud seems similar to the ocean; at the very least the ships and submarine are floating in it as if it were.
