There comes a point in almost everyone's life where they must endure the wonderfulness that is the DMV. I figure'd most of my frustration with such a cheery public department was paid in full when I first got my driver's licenses. Today, my figureing was proven so so wrong

I didn't have as much problems myself when moving from one state to another but still always hated going to the DMV >.
