What do we do?
Teasecups is a home-based, home-style design "thing" where we simply express what we love in things that we design. We create a variety of stationery, journals and bags. All designs are either hand-crafted. Thus, every item might differ slightly from the actual shown on screen.
Handcrafted products are also not 100% perfect. Due to many factors, each item we produce is unique and has its own set of flaws. As much as we would like to reduce these flaws and only produce the best products, some flaws are inevitable. We hope that all customers are understanding on this part.
As we produce on a per order basis, we are unable to provide bulk / wholesale prices for our product. Teasecups tries to use as much environmental-friendly products during production as possible. As such, it raises our production costs. However, do be rest assured that our profits are minimal and most go to production costs. We simply love what we're doing.

Full and accurate information must be provided.
Payment details will be sent to you and a confirmation email will follow once we've received it.
Full payments must be made within 24 hours of confirmation and is required before items are mailed out or before the meet-up.
Products and prices are subject to changes if customization is involved.
Postage / Mailing
All items will be neatly wrapped proper before we slot them into their respective envelopes.
Please note that all prices do not include standard normal mail within Singapore unless otherwise stated.
For registered mail, please add an additional 2.50 SGD.
Teasecups recommends meet-ups for all items purchased to prevent mishaps / damages in the mail.
Teasecups will not be responsible for items lost in the mail.
Thus, if possible, please do opt for registered mail / meet-ups.
All items will be confirmed and mailed out within 7 working days.
Meet-up sessions are dependent on our schedule and availability.
For overseas mail, please enquire separately at Teasecups.
Refunds / Exchanges
Goods sold are non-refundable or exchangeable. In the event that the item reaches you damaged, Teasecups will provide a replacement at a nominal charge depending on the extent of the damage.
All items reported damaged must be accompanied with a picture and a detailed description of the damage for us to be able to assess the extent of the damage.
However, all items will be properly packaged before posting out. Do note that refunds or exchanges will not be applicable in the event that the item(s) is lost during mailing. We urge that you opt for registered mail or meet-ups.
Do you do customizations?
Teasecups will do a conversion of the item requested by you (E.G. notecards to greeting cards) and email you a copy of the converted version in jpeg format. Printing will only be done upon confirmation by the customer via email.
If you are interested in having an item customized to your preference, do drop Teasecups an email and we'll get back to you as soon as we've reviewed your requests.
Giftwrapping Services
Teasecups now provides giftwrapping services for all Teasecups products at a nominal charge of 2 SGD.
For items that do not belong to Teasecups products, please enquire separately at Teasecups. Charges range from 5 SGD onwards.
Giftwrapping of Teasecups products includes a giftwrapper and a ribbon along with a Teasecups gift-tag.

We thank all artists and designers from whom we have obtained some brushes and fonts.
All customization designs provided by customers will not be put up for sale on Teasecups.
Other points to note:
