weekend update.
so this weekend was alright.
tod came over saturday night... we've been talking for a while about recording some hip hop stuff we used to write, and we finally got to it. just sorta a rough demo. i recorded the bassline yesterday which im quite pleased with. im gonna have my brother throw down some keys, and i gotta record an electric version of the guitar line. the song is really good and tod is seriously insanely good at rapping now. he was telling me thats all he does at his work is work on rhymes. he's been doin it for years, but now that i have the ability to record i think we're both taking this possibility way more seriously. ive come up with a bunch of hot beats with Beatcraft and i've always been good at writing funk/ dancy guitar riffs and thats kind of tods style.
anyway, when we finish a couple demos im gonna make us a myspace page under the name "the persuasion"
