Gale & Randy goodies (unfortunately not the kind Scott referred to regarding cocksocks)
I didn't get the chance to get on my 'puter yesterday (Down Under time) so I still have to catch up on what's been going on in the land of LJ. But I thought I'd share some interesting things I found this Saturday morn before I do.
I just had to put up caps from both Wake and QaF behind-the-scenes.
A gigantic thank you to Joelle - please go and thank thatluckytouch - for cute, little Randy in the Music Man ♥. I've simply combined all the clips into one file and uploaded it to Rapidshare [scroll down the page and click on the 'free' download button and then wait for the download link to appear down the bottom of the following page]. I've also put it on YSI if Rapidshare doesn't work for you. All I can say is that Randy better find out some way to procreate. I'm sure there'd be plenty of volunteers around here ;).
With all the discussions lately regarding Six Feet Under vs Queer as Folk finales, I found an interesting quote by Alan Ball:
“I think dysfunction is a question of degree. True dysfunction is when someone grows up to be a serial killer and the others look away. The Fishers have never been actively cruel to each other - they're just repressed. But they're there for each other when tragedy strikes. There is deep love for each other.” It came from this article (spoilers for S5 SFU incl. finale).
Hmm. That kind of puts arguments about B/J dysfunctionality (excluding badfic of course *lol*) in their place.
Alan Ball's new play sounds like something really interesting for Randy if it gets picked up by a producer in NY. Then again, the intense disrespect Cowlip and Alan have for one another may work against that possibility. But you never know.
