*sigh* What can I say. I love to see them having some time for themselves. Peace before the storm. I love all the small details that you catch on, the tenderness and the heat between them, so nicely combined. And that last line... *sigh* If one good think came out of CoE, for me it is that I mentally slap myself when i catch myself thinking something like that: there is no better moment than now to tell those you care for, those you love. Or for a hug, a kiss and a cuddle. That line makes me... sad.

And since I have to live with that canon, I will add this to my own personal view of it. Peace before the storm indeed, but at least, they had some time together.

Hope that makes some sense... In short: I love it!

Thank you so much. And I can never bring myself to write PWP for some reason it always has to have meaning. And that line at the end was supposed to be a kicker, because you always think there will be more time.

Pah, "have to". I'm ignoring the whole damn thing except for background details.

I love all the little details. For all that Torchwood is blah blah groundbreaking blah blah main characters in a gay relationship we see so little about their lives. They are Torchwood. It's like they only exist within that framework, which is sort of sad. (Plus leads to "Ianto was grown in a vat" stories, which I find hilarious.)
