Man last night Rania bet I couldnt do 150 crunches and I so showed her it was funny as crap. Then we went jogging at 12:00 last night barefoot because we didnt have running shoes. It was fun. Then we watched a movie with Ben Afflect in it it was so good.

I'm trying to work out because I decided to go on a diet because I have gotten fat. Also I'm tired of people saying crap about me like Kaitlyn Swope saying that she thinks I'm fat, for no reason doesnt even barely know me and I always thought of what I knew of her as a sweetheart.
Which of coarse hurt my feelings but I cant do anything about it. But its ok I have gotten over it and am currently losing weight.

Moving on before I get pissed off. I miss Dustin alot. I think about him all the time and cant wait for him to come home or visit.Well I gotta go I'l post later.
