3 days ago i had a frozen hot chocolate and 300 cals of chocolate...ew. 2 days ago i had 2 coffees. Yesterday i had a coffee. Today i had s/f jello and a coffee. I was just reading a bunch of posts saying how fasting doesnt work because you just gain all of it back.. So nowww im trying to deide on if i should keep my fast going or have some rice cakes and more jello.. i dont know. Maybe ill just have a zero coke.
Weighed yesterday at the gym.. 145.. urg. I went to the gym for 2 hours did an absolute abs class and walked my puppy for 1.5 hours. I walk to and from schoool and a lunch i go for a 10 min walk to tim hortons everyday.
How can i speed this up ?! im going swimming on sat which gives me only 3 days. Should i fast or eat small amounts. I really dont want to eat anything but if it wlll speed things up .. gosh im blabbing
