THINKING HAS BECOME OPTIONAL
LOL so i am once again at work and i have a slow time in the calls coming in so im updating :) but yeah people's customers are woah special... (i am one myself so im just making a general opion on the morons that call me) my favorite are the people who have at the most $50 in there acct and have overdrawn numorous times, "because the bank is stealing their money", and threaten to close their acct... just throwing this out there we are all little bleeps in the whole system of things and yeah "if enough of the little bleeps leave we'll be screwed" but it isn't going to happen... they have too much big money holders to care... just learn how to keep track of what you spend!!! you can't spend what you don't have and if you ay for a hotel, airline tic, car rentals, or for dinner they put shit on hold for long periods of time!!! so look at your acct if the money has already come out GIVE US A CALL thats what we are here for! we'll remove the hold and then you wont get uncollected fees!!!! maybe it just makes more sense to me because i wotk here but i have never overdrawn or gotten an uncollected fee EVER!!! yes you are all going to tell me thats because my mom works for te bank bla bla bla, she has never had to give me money or call me to help me with the acct... i don't know im not saying im this amazing person because i take care of mt checking acct but come on that's your money!!!!! its something that you should keep track of!!!!
