I know, I'm a slacker. I've been off a whole week and I just finished watching the "Close to Home" that aired on the 16th of Dec. But I saw it before going back to work. *yea, me!*
It was a really good episode, Jennifer was at her best I think, which is weird as to why this was the second or third episode filmed but they waited this long to air it. But I liked seeing more of Maureen's family life, because you know that her sister is going to continue stealing. It will be interesting how Maureen copes with having a massive black sheep in her family that in trouble with the law and how it would effect her career.
But Christian's scenes. Is there anyone else that think that the braces story was from his own childhood? Because that was the first thing that I thought when he said it. *grin* I love that bad cowboy! But the last scene was sweet as well. It established their relationship more, which I think is the main weakness in the show. They built it as a law show about family, but we don't see a lot of her home interactions. I think that damages the viewers ability to see her as a whole. And I wanna see more of Christian. *grin*
