Geek at the Beach
I do believe I'm the only person who would bring a book of Shakespeare's tragedies to the beach.
I don't care, though; I hadn't read King Lear yet, and I didn't want to put it off any longer, now that I have a copy.
Speaking of which, THANK YOU LAUREN! Any other unwanted classical literature you want to throw my way, I won't complain. XD
As you might have guessed, Mom and I went to the beach today. My favorite; Houghton's Pond. The water was nice and warm, and there weren't too many people, and the people who were there were very nice.
It amazes me how much a little sunlight, a little exercise, and a bit of water can improve my mood. I was so fussy before we went, and once I got in the water and started swimming I was just so happy. Y'know, I think I know my formula for happiness.
Fal's Happiness = Shakespeare + Warmth + Exercise + Good Company.
I suppose that's really in reverse order of importance. But, I'm really excited about having a new Shakespeare book. It's Hamlet, Macbeth, and King Lear. And Lauren also gave me Voltaire's Candide and Zadig! *swoons*
