last night I spent the night at my second house.  :-0  And Mrs. Ferarro went out to buy me ice cream which was very very nice of her.  Cal and I went out to din with her mom and then we went to books-a-million.  We both had frappacinos... how wonderful.

today I had a 2-a day volleyball practice.  The Conditioning part was actually a lot easier
