Guess what.
My mom signed me up for voice lessons over the summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm exulting. I can't wait. I've been wanting voice lessons since last year and begging for them and praying.
I actually wasn't supposed to go in, because I'm 13, and they want 14-year-olds and up, but with a bit of consulting and mumbling and asking the registoire thing and the director of the voice department at the Wilmington Music School, where I take piano (and now voice), I got in. My (hopefully) teacher, Jennifer DiGuiseppe, is the only woman who does lessons over the summer. They said that they would have her listen to me and if she thought I had potential then I would get actual lessons, every Thursday, for a half-hour once school lets out.
YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm kind of dancing in my seat as it is.
AND I can go to the St. Mary's Dance, because it is May 15th and I actually don't have a volleyball tournament!!!!! *dances around madly, singing Evanescence*
