Yesterday was a nice day. :]
Except for getting home to yet another family crisis. I'm learning to ignore them tbh. They don't affect me directly, and there's nothing I can do about it, so why get stressed so much all the time? It doesn't mean I don't care. It just means I have enough to stress about without something I shouldn't.
So yeah, yesterday. Went to Tumble Town with everyone from toddlers, except Cara who was busy, boohoo. That place is AMAZING!! I want my 18th there haha. Me + Suzie "borrowed" Eleanor + Harry so we could go in and play. It was brilliant. I love those kids - most of them. They're just so sweet. Even though they're only 2 years old they have so much personality and empathy. Makes me proper broody, which I wish it didn't. Mehh.
Then went to Suzie's for the afternoon. We sat in the shade in her most beautiful garden and talked. Our dynamics are so funny. We're always either ridiculously hyper, giggly and silly, or talking about faith, society and life in general. Silliness or seriousness. Yesterday afternoon was serious! And she'd written me a letter, which she gave me to me. And it really made me think. We've agreed to send each other stuff in the post again, which is gonna be sweet.
Then I went to the cinema with Bush. Which was nice! He was late (which was expected haha) so we missed Over The Hedge... but saw PoC2, yayyyy! It was sooo good. And the Knightly/Depp kiss... oh wow. The only thing that would've made it better would be if I was in the middle ofit haha! But yes. It was a lovely night.
I like my Bible. I mean, obviously I like THE Bible haha. But I like my particular one. It's a youth bible, and has the thing where it tells you where to find stuff about friendship, anger, sexuality etc. It's so helpful! When David gave it to me, he also gave me a highlighter and told me to make note of scripture or stories in there that help. I went a step further and keep a notebook of stuff that's helpful. It's nearly full :]
Gonna try and play that Brainiac game tonight at church. It's gonna be fun just figuring it out, never mind playing it! Those guys really are my best friends. And I don't mean in a "BFF IDST" kinda way haha. I mean, they're the best people in my life. Hannah, Jill, Steven and Harwood are the other people though. Without those 8 people, I'd pretty much be screwed. Alone and given up. Well, I'd have God but you know what I mean haha.
Right I'm off to do my hair, and hang out the washing. Byee! xx
