You know, I was going to chime in on the whole Dumbledore brouhaha, but then I realized.
I.
Freaking.
Called it. That was in 2004, y'all. I amuse myself greatly.
In other news, I accidentally got a 1500 on a practice GRE test this morning. I say "accidentally" because I guessed at probably a third of the math questions and somehow managed to score a 780 on that section. Which is...yeah, better than I did on the verbal segment, go figure. And of course you can't really get a feel for the analytical writing segment, although the sample essay I wrote did actually discuss Avenue Q's "The Internet is for Porn." I don't know if I'd gain or lose points for that example.
Anyway, I highly, highly doubt I could replicate a score like that on an actual test. For starters, I'm not that lucky. Also, I won't be allowed to put the LotR soundtrack on in the background, and they will probably not let me eat dark-chocolate Hershey's kisses in case I've scribbled the quadratic equation on the little paper strips.
And yes, the music in my subject line is exactly what you think it is. Don't act like you don't know all the words.
