mmmrrr.... who likes 4 am trips to the vet?
Ty needed to go to the vet last night. Apparently he was dry heaving, then couldnt get up, then started drooling tons and went limp. I wasnt home, but mim called and we decided he should go to the vet. So off we both ran, I met her there. Of course Ty was way better once he go there >.<;
The vet listened to his chest and stomach and took some blood. They wanted to keep him over night and put him on fluids, but we said no. It would stress him out too much and there isnt anyone there.
Turns out, I think, That he just got really dehidrated. We went for a 2 hour hike durring the day and I dont think there was any fresh water for him. It was hilly and when we got back I dont rember him getting a drink either. I think he just got the doggy version of heat stroke and all should be well. Either that or he ate something. Ill call mom at 8 and see how he is. Dont think she's appreaciate a 6 am call.
