I entered my very first challenge on Sink Into Your Eyes, a Harry/Ginny fansite...and I won an honorable mention!! I'm so excited. There were 35 stories, too. (And 20 judges.) 4 people won in categories and then their were two honorable mentions. I am quite pleased. My story is now in the featured section on that site and has a cute little ribbon beside it.
In other news..I"m off tonight. Yay. And I raked a lot yesterday and now my hands feel funny today. They aren't exactly blistered, more like I took the top layer of skin off perhaps. And yesterday's funk isn't totally gone, I've discovered. But I do think I should be the rest of the way over it today.
I need to do laundry. Clean pants are good.
