If C ever acts like that towards me again, I will haul off and slug him in the face. I do not appreciate being belittled by someone who can't learn their music like they used to be able and still thinks they're better than me because they're a lead. Not okay.
My classes are going great. In Harmony 4 yesterday I had to show my project to Dr. Hirt to show I'd done it and he stared for a second and was like... are those scratch-n-sniff stickers??!?! They were dinosaurs though, and he said he loved paleontology, A+ for me! I was so psyched! This class is going a million times better than my previous one, though anyone who recalls that class knows why. I did get my first B of the semester from him though, and it was my own fault for not listening to directions. I'm over it.
I ran a whopping 2.8 miles last night on the elliptical within 35 minutes, so I ran a little more than an 11-minute mile. It would be almost exactly 11 minutes but my legs were turning to jelly every ten minutes so I had to slow down and let my heart catch up with me. I'm proud of myself though, because I used to not be able to do that. Not only that, but my legs are looking GOOD. Like I could totally get away with a short skirt if I wanted to do so, but I'm more of a jeans gal in weather as nice as this.
I totally wore flipflops today! IT IS SO GREAT OUTSIDE.
haha okay so I'm working on this phone script and Paul comes over. I go to get a snack and he comes over a bit later and says "I finished your script... it might need a bit of tweaking but I think it isn't too bad." So I'm all aww and everything and I get back to my screen and he's written this:
