i've recced the verse before (in which tony stark builds himself some friends, but his family was assigned by nick fury) but this story is so close to perfect i just have to rec it by its own. tony. and kidnapping and team-y-ness. and just sdfghfkgf omg. sort of a wip, because the epilogue still needs to be posted.
also, by the same author & i guess sort of, not really at all in the same verse: the act of creation will be your salvation. tony and his robots. it breaks my heart. enter the avengers. equals pure love. be careful though, it's a wip!

i'm usually extremely wary of sentinel aus, but this one is awesome. watson is a bamf & holmes is well. holmes. this is the story of how they meet & end up together.
