A lot of resolutions, from the mundane to the truly ambitious, are being made today. What are your New Year's resolutions? Do you think you're likely to stick to them past the month of January?

This year, I don't have a list of resolutions persay; it's more of a list of goals I'd like to reach by the end of next year. My 2009 goal list includes: Finishing my novel and querying to get it published, starting my screenplay (again), completing at least one filmmaking project, visit my best friend, starting my own business and being financially independent and read 50-100 books. That's all I can think of right now. lol
I'm motivating myself by setting up a list on my lj the first of every month and do a project update every time something is accomplished. This is the list for January so far:
1. Revise/Rewrite Novel
2. Start Job / Start Business
3. Read one filmmaking book
4. Read one fiction book
5. Learn one song on guitar
6. Apply for freelance editor job
