I don't care if he was bullied, I don't care if he had problems at home. Lots of people Have fucking issues and lots of people are depressed and lots of people are bullied.
Not a lot of people decide that SHOOTING SOMEONE IN THE FUCKING HEAD is the way to deal with thier issues. And really, doing it TWICE is fucking stupid.
