(no subject)

so i finished my 10 day fast two days ago, and im not planning on continuing.. and i havent. the last 3 days i felt really weak, dizzy, light headed..you name it. but at the same time i feel great, like ive accomplished so much and my body is getting slimmer. i can see it in my face and stomach, not so much my legs but ill get there. i weighed myself this morning for the first time in about 2 weeks. im happy to say i went from 128-130 to 123. :) this is the lowest ive been in a long time (which is sad because 123 isnt low) but i intend on continuing to lower this number and soon ill be 90 perfect pounds. i cannot wait for that day. anyhow my plan now is to continue working out..hard and just restricting. yesterday i ate: half of a bran muffin, 2 carrot sticks, 1 apple, and a yogurt. more then i would have liked to eat, but it made me feel better and it added to my energy for working out. i havent eaten yet today but then again its only 11 50am. i think im going out to lunch with my friends from california today and im planning on only eating that lunch for the day which will probably consist of a salad and a water or something. anyway, enough about me. i hope you all are doing well and had great holidays! i cant wait for new years, i just need to think of an achievable resolution.
