The Company has finally decided that there should be out-of-hours support for the servers - should find out the terms when my manager gets off the phone (it sounds suspiciously like they still haven't actually decided, despite working on this for over four years).
I am far more intrigued by the question of whether there is such a thing as a grapheme - ie, like a phoneme, but for writing. Of course, it may be called something else by people with more of a linguistic clue. But looking at the Hebrew alphabet suggests that there should be...
