Christmas Tea Party Club - Mark II

Nov 23, 2009 19:00

The plans continue for this December's Tea Party Club meet!

The current topic of discussion is on the venue. The advertisement of free hire is turning out to be less free than first thought, but the better venues we have found are still reasonably priced and more importantly have suitable décor!

I have negotiated with a number of venues and there are two that seem better than the rest which give us three options for booking at the moment. Unfortunately none of the venues I have spoken to can do Saturdays, so we are looking at Sundays in December and the 13th is overall more free so it is going to be easier to stick with that as a date unless there is a huge disagreement with me on that.

Poll Tea Party Club Christmas Party 2009

Update: due to there being smaller numbers of possible attendees than anticipated I am proposing that perhaps we go for a smaller party at a different venue and save the big celebrations for the party in the new year.

What do you think? Let me know in the new poll here
