The power of the mind...
I've been thinking about Edward's power and the thought occurred to me that maybe he can only read certain peoples minds. I mean, obviously there is the exception of Bella, but can he read peoples minds if they speak another language?
My mum reckons no, because they would be thinking in that language. My friends reckon yes, because the Cullen's are going to live for all eternity and have probably already learnt every language there is to know.
But if there was a language that Edward had not learnt and the persons mind he was trying to read spoke only that language then would he be able to hear them?
Unless in your mind it all just turns into the same thing...?
Please let me know if this is mentionaed anywhere in the book that I've just over looked, or if you have heard Steph answer the question.
