Tumblr
If you've been on tumblr, you know how the #uhura tag and any spock/uhura tag (spuhura, spyota, spockuhura, spock x uhura, etc) tags look like. They are full of negativity. Posts like "I don't get this ship," "Tos Uhura was better" and so on. That is why I think we should have a positive uhura and spock/uhura tag for positive posts only. I got the idea from the CBS Sherlock Holmes show, Elementary. Their tag is #elementasquee. It's free of hate and any hate shown in that tag is quickly ignored. In a perfect world, people would stop using the uhura and spock/uhura tags when they post about hate but that's not going to happen soon. I have a few ideas for tags we can use like #uhuralove, uhurasquee, spyotalove, spyotasquee, spuhuralove, and spuhurasquee. Which ones do you like? Do you have any other tag ideas? What do you think about us doing this?
