Weird and Decidedly Random Question
Okay, so I was reading a topic over at the Screnzy forums and there was a comment about chickens. For some reason I couldn't stop thining about 100 Candles after that and realized I'll probably associate chickens with Jeff and Kenny for the rest of my life. Or at least the rest of this year.
And then I got thinking about what random things I associate with SotT.
Fallout 3 - I swear, as soon as I discovered the Lincoln Memorial in that game I spent about then minutes just fangirling over it and wondering which side of the statue Jeremy had been standing... v.v
Evanescense - I'm really sorry about this one but I couldn't help it. I'd just gotten one of their albums and listened to it pretty much constantly while I was reading the first three books. Now whenever I hear one of their songs I just can't help randomly day dreaming about SotT.
Ireland - Okay, so this one is mostly Bran's fault.
Every single name of every single character - Unsurprising? Well, just the other day I saw a black mug with the name Simon on it. >.> Yes, I very nearly did buy it and probably would have if I didn't have to spend my money on a birthday present for someone.
Oh, and let's not forget that character I used to have called Jeremy. After reading SotT he developed a very southern english accent and kleptomania. I had no choice but to kill him with fire.
And there was that one time I was watching a documentary and these two british policemen came on. Note: they were fat, old and cockney. But they also just happened to be called Simon and Mike. I was killing myself laughing at this and none of my family knew what was wrong with me...
So, I was wondering, does anyone else associate strange things with SotT or am I just especially demented?
