James Hudson had been right about one thing, this team were nothing like Alpha Flight or Department H. General Stone had ensured that all the details she would require had been sent over and in return she'd been honest and disclosed her personal issues. These hadn't proved to be a problem and she'd been signed up to the team lickty-split quick.
One obvious distinction had been the military approach to the running of the team, Captain Sykes was polite if slightly distant but Jeanne-Marie got the feeling it was less to do with her and more to do with his personality. Clearly the man was military through and through, which was a shame because he'd been pretty easy on the eye... if it weren't for the stick up his ass. Or so Aurora had been commenting anyway.
Ignoring Aurora trying to take control of the conversation, Jeanne-Marie had maanged to survive the tour and a lengthy conversation without resorting to a screaming match with her other dominant personality. Then she'd been taken for a meeting with Emma Frost and in all honesty... well that had been a surprise and a half. Both Sykes and Emma had been perfectly aware of Jeanne-Marie's condition but beyond a passing comment from Emma in regards to her medication that was it. Nothing more.
Issued with identity tags, clothing, a room, various paperwork and a timetable Jeanne-Marie had been sent in the direction of her new abode and told to settle herself in. It hadn't taken long before Aurora's clamouring had gotten too much and Jeanne-Marie was forced to leave her room. Map grasped tightly in one hand and ID tags and badge hanging around her neck, Jeanne-Marie headed out into the camp to explore.
((Feel free to pick where they meet. I really don't mind at all seeing as I'm skipping the intro post with Emma and Ethan.))
