Worse than the sickness, worse than losing his powers and then practically freezing -how the hell did people stand being that cold all the time- Pyro was fast developing a hatred for the medical facility and its security, or lack of. He came out of the place in worse shape than he went in

He ran a hand over his temple, hissing slightly when he pressed on his bruise eye and then glared at the room in general. He knew fine well that there really wasn't much else to go with.

Pyro wouldn't put up with a military escort because he'd want to fry the sap in a matter of hours. He'd descend into bitching with Mac when they got fed up with each other, he'd probably get pissed off with whoever he was paired with if he was paired with anyone and he'd get cabin fever and blow up his room if it came to that.

His luck was total piss. "Fine, right. Whatever. I'll just sit around and learn about cars until Mac gets fed up with me and then I'll sit around and try not to set fire to this bland and personality lacking office while you pretend to run this place, because lets face it, it doesn't exactly run smoothly and everything went find while you were having your kidnap vacation."

This, right here, was exactly why Pyro would probably end up back in the medical centre no matter what action was taken.

"I'm gonna go drown myself in my bathroom sink now, okay." He stood up, ignoring the pull on his ribs, because he was used to that pain in his side now, and started to head towards the door. Maybe Jack would be waiting outside with a sniper rifle to kill him.

Ethan doesn't respond to the snide remarks or sneering from Allerdyce, the Captain is all too well aware that this is bluster and bullshit designed to make Pyro feel better about himself. That said Ethan would still very much like it if the door did slam on Pyro as he left. Please.

Waiting till the door clicked shut, Ethan lowered his head to his desk and repeatedly bash it against the wooden surface. Maybe Ethan would get lucky and Pyro would successfully drown himself in the bathroom sink. Though that said the sheer quantity of paperwork he'd have to fill in would be horrific.
