The observation reports were in and the higher ups, including General Stone, were not happy. The team was showing a dismal result in the ability to work together as a cohesive unit. From the attack on the camp, when very few had used the advantages other abilities, to the rescue of Captain Sykes, where the mutant known as Pyro had been shot by one of his own teammates, it was clear that this had to be rectified, starting immediately. With many of them resistant to out and out tests, a gentler approach would be used to start things off.
Therefore, a test under the pretext of a game of capture the flag was determined as being the best method to start things off with. Those that signed up found their names, captains, and boundaries of the territory on a list posted in the dorms.
