Emma Frost was in a rather foul mood. News that Victor had not only deserted the assignment she'd given him but also the team in general, looking to go find his idiotic brother again, reached Emma promptly and in turn soured her mood instantly

Wade didn't really like people going into his mind; not at all. In least a powerful mutant like Emma. But from the 'tone' of her nudge she wasn't very happy in the least so he would indulge. It wasn't in his character to turn down swords and bloodshed.

"You rang, boss?" Despite her obvious mood and power Wade would still always be himself. But Emma already knew that. She had to, she dealt with him on a regular basis. He was however, still interested in what she wanted to see him about--unaware of the happenings with Victor.

Truthfully, Emma felt nothing but pity for the poor saps that ended up on the table in the lab. What was done to them however was completely disgusting and required stopping. She had thought Victor capable. Apparently, she'd thought wrong
