Tending to my prisoner [ Locked to a_soul_awake ]

Atticus wasted no time in seeking out Hope once he'd been informed of what happened. The problem was, he hadn't received the whole story. Or at least he couldn't have because when he arrived to the Medical wing instead of finding Dr. Chandler he had found a temporary replacement instead. He was even more surprised to learned that her new location lied within the brig. The reason why, the new doctor would not specify.

But this didn't stop him from continuing on the task to see her. If Atticus knew Hope, he knew she would be very distressed about this ordeal. Especially if she was in the brig. Getting inside the brig was no problem. Getting inside her cell was another matter altogether. But again, not a hard task with someone who had years of experience being invisible under his belt. All he had to do was wait until the guard wasn't paying attention and steal a key. It wasn't as if Hope would be getting out immediately, so he figured that the guard shouldn't miss it. Oh well.

When he wasn't paying attention, Atticus unlocked the door and slipped into her cell, shutting it quietly behind him. He didn't come out from his cloak until he was sure the guard wasn't coming in. A moment later he was visible once again, and searching the dark room for the doctor.

"Hope?" He called to her softly.
