Hope was in love, absolutely and completely in love with the new medical facilities. Almost as soon as she arrived the head nurse pulled her aside and gave her the grand tour. The Medical Facilities here were astounding, Ric limped into the building being assisted by a Fort Wenchee solider who had been chatting away to him. Apparently the camp knew all about the reason the team had been brought here, a quake back in Japan, but not that mutants had been the cause of it. Or technically that Ric was the cause of the trouble. Ushered over to the reception they chatted to the young lady behind the desk before being told to wait here for Dr Hope.
The whole camp, despite the rules, was pretty amazing and Ric could not wait to get out there and see everything.

Following Hope, Ric glanced around grinning at Abbot the soldier escorting him around the base. "Apparently Abbot here had heard all about our impending arrival but I bet you're too pleased with your new building huh Dr Hope?"
Ric had to admit that for the first time he was kind of pleased to see a place that looked remarkably clean and hopsital like rather than some of the facilities they'd endured in Russia or Africa.

She didn't quite like discussing this in front of the soldier but she would just have to get used to it. The military here seemed to be on edge about their presence.
"It's a very nice facility, yes. I'm quite happy with it."
