That was the reason a Jeep now lay spread out across the yard in smoldering heaps.
For fun, Cassidy had blown the vehicle sky high. The camp was boring, there was nothing to do and the contractor had decided to make his own entertainment.
He hadn't made it out completely unscathed. The deep cut in his arm that (thankfully) hadn't been covered by a shirt, had been caused by flying metal. Blood dripped down his arm as he surveyed the area and the Jeeps remains.
He smiled brightly, kicking at a piece of debris with his platformed boot.
Totally not bored anymore.*
