Settling in - OTA
Everyone seemed to have settled down fair quickly. There hadn't been any fights (yet), no-one had complained about the shared bathrooms (yet) and their team quarters were surprisingly clean (for the moment) and of a far better standard than he'd expected (until someone trashed them no doubt).
John didn't mind being designated a team to watch over, least of all when it was all guys and that meant he didn't have to deal with a single female issue. Not that he couldn't handle women and their issues but seeing as he had both Wade and Mort in his team it probably made up for the "lack" of feminine drama. Still with Wade around they'd probably see the bathroom turned into some beauty parlour... that boy had far too many products to be deemed manly.
Glancing over the list once more John stuck it to the Team Room door, he'd briefly spoken to the group consisting of Jason Stryker, Kale, Mort and Wade, and established a few rules:
1) No combat of any form in the team areas (corridors didn't count though)
2) Respect other team mates property and space!
3) If you make a mess you clean it up
4) The sleeping quarters would be a lights out zone from 22:00 for those who wanted to sleep
5) There would be weekly meetings to address any issues
6) Any and ALL issues were to come to Wraith first
7) Breakfast would be at 07:30 (half hour slot)
8) Team training would commence 08:00 until 12:00
Once that was all sorted, they'd settled down for the night on their first day. All of them had been feeling a little exhausted by the time zone change, they'd lost five hours between St Petersburg and Okinawa which was always a little disorientating even for a team accustom to moving around like they did.
No doubt John would end up with more on his team but for the moment he was content to take a moment and let the dust settle before putting any extra rules into place. Unlike Logan (everyone had heard him bellowing) who had set up a strict regime for his team.
Wandering around camp John was getting a lay of the site, checking the fencing and seeing just how much land they had before he would head indoors and check out the facilities.
