Thank God that was over.
The past few months had been one hell of a ride for Victor. The false accusations, his incarceration and subsequent house arrest, finding out that not only had Emma cheated on him but that she'd left, too - well, alright, so he'd cheated on her first - but still. Thankfully, Stryker had seen sense and lifted the charges that had been brought against him, and he was now free again to walk the camp without having to be tailed by his own little group of MPs. That, and he'd already started playing with the females again. It felt just like old times.
Smirking, smug and satisfied, he was enjoying the first chance he'd had for months to explore the area outside the buildings, trudging through the snow and for once not even minding the cold.
