Breathing Slowly [OTA]
She'd awoken a little later than usual and got quite a surprise in the morning. Cassie noticed a white envelope heavily postmarked beside her bed. She bolted up and grabbed the note, anxiousand hopeful to find out Ridley recieved her letter. Even if it had been two weeks since she sent hers out...
Trying to be curtious to her roomate, and herself; Cassie got dressed and took her letter outside. The weather seemed to get a small bit warmer, but she didn't feel any different than the days she arrived in the midst of winter. She adjusted her gloves as she sat herself against the wall by the door. Once seated, she opened her letter and read over it carefully as to take in each word he'd wrote. It was a generic letter almost. Ridley was worried as to where she was since she left without saying goodbye and he hoped she would be home soon. By the end of the letter, she was close to tears. Cassie let out a slow breath as she balled her hands and rested her head against them.
