There weren't many places Molly felt perfectly relaxed in Russia and with everything that had been going on lately, that was all Molly wanted. To be able to just relax and not think about all of the violence and deaths going on.
The people in the med-bay had to be up to their ears in work and she sort of felt bad for them. Somehow, in all of this, she'd taken it upon herself to sort of 'adopt' one Laura Kinney as a kid sister. Especially since Laura had expressed an interest in learning basic cooking skills.
Currently, however, there was a problem. Molly wanted to teach the girl with the blades in her arms how to properly chop things but the knives were dull. Almost embarrassingly so. Yes, she would get embarrassed at this sort of thing. Be quiet.
"I'll have to take them to town to get them sharpened," Molly stated with a frown. "It'll make cooking a little problematic, though."
"No, it would not." Laura was seated nearby, thumbing through Molly's dog-eared copy of 'Mastering The Art Of French Cooking'. Molly turned to look at the clone, one eyebrow raising slightly. "I could chop things for you." Laura held a hand up, letting a single claw out before retracting it and waiting for a reaction from the redhead. Before Molly could say anything, Laura said one word that made Molly laugh.
"Joking."
As morbid as it had been, Molly had actually been amused and surprised that Laura had cracked a joke. And pleased. It showed growth in the girl. Laura smirked at Molly for a moment before standing and carefully handing the book over.
"I have to go spar with Esme. She wishes to improve her self defense training." And with that, Laura left one amused Molly in the kitchen.
