Creativity through Play; [open]

Lou had always been a creative girl. In a strange sort of way. She'd already used her permanent markers around the Mess Hall. The back of the plates had been victim to Louisa's boredom. Each plate had a new and interesting little design on the back. Some of the glasses getting smiling faces, sad faces, crazy faces. All sorts of colors and types.

She'd turned back to the pad of paper -a few drafts of her letters home on the first few pages. Then it was just an explosion of colour and doodles. She'd drawn out a few music sheets, gotten bored with the lack of order and then continued with colorful sketches.

Sitting cross legged on the top of the table, hunched over and doodling. She wasn't really paying much attention but she was enjoying herself. Comfortable -with the ability to heat her own body, she didn't bother with the cold of the area, and fairly amused with what she was doing.

[ooc; disclaimer on the art -they're from a rather fabulous artist, thegirlinthebigbox. they're great, she's great, i own five of her prints -you should browse.]
