In the gym [OTA]

Allison didn't like not moving, doing, keeping busy. Since coming to Russia, that was the only thing she hadn't done. She was antsy and had taken to spending a lot of time in the gym. If they didn't get out and do something soon, she was convinced she would end up looking like a wrestler ( Read more... )

Risque headed to the gym ready to get something done. She stopped for a moment when she got to the door watching the woman that was already there for a moment. "Want to try a real person?"

Silently, Rahne slipped into the gym behind the dark haired woman, observing her with the blonde that was already inside that she'd not met yet. This was what Rahne did best: Observation. Completely silent, she took a seat in the shadows in the corner and watched.

((ooc: you guys don't have to talk to Rahne or notice her just yet unless you really want to, maybe later in the thread or something ^^))

Allison swung on the bag again, not having noticed the woman standing in the room with her now. When she spoke, Allison looked over. It wasn't a face she was familiar with yet. "Sure." She unwrapped the tape from one hand, wiping her palm on her track pants before extending it to her. "Allison."

He'd been watching her for a while, noting the way her body moved and turned, the way she carried herself; even after the history they had between them on the team - Magma was one of the few women he'd met who'd been able to handle herself against his advances - he couldn't help but look at her, wondering what he could have done with that body if she hadn't been able to fight him off.

He waited until the others had all left before approaching her, moving swiftly and silently to position himself behind her, still taking pleasure in making her feel uneasy. The fact that he wouldn't be able to have her now didn't mean he couldn't enjoy unsettling her and putting her on edge.

"Got a nice right hook there, sweetheart."

She'd grabbed a towel and water bottle from the corner, and was mid-drink when she heard a familiar and unwelcome voice. It was like someone had thrown ice water on her.

"Please go fuck yourself with a railroad spike, Vic." She turned and greeted him with a glare, one she reserved especially for him. Instead of moving away, like most people would've, she stepped forward into him. "And stop following me around. Don't want to have to light your ass up again."

He laughed at that, a wicked, low chuckle escaping his throat as she stepped closer, staring down at her with amusement and contempt. True, she'd almost seared the very flesh from his bones once, but it had been a close-run thing; he'd almost had her, almost taken her and claimed her before she'd been able to stop him, and he wasn't going to let her forget that. Grinning, he fixed her with a patronising, pitying look, flexing his claws as he did so.

"Don't tell me you don't love the attention."

Her eyes narrowed at him, hating that he had so easily picked up on that character flaw she despised about herself. She liked attention, negative and positive. And sadly, some part of her had enjoyed the attention Victor showed her, even if she had been wary of him almost immediately. A wariness that proved more than correct; he'd almost assaulted her, and it took using her mutation to get away from him.

"Don't flatter yourself," she growled. "And don't you fucking dare look at me like that, prick." Victor was one of the few people she'd met in her time with Weapon X that caused her temper to flare the way it hadn't in years.
