*This power thing was a bitch. So far he'd figured out that he didn't have his own. That much was obvious when he went as far as to put his hand in a fire to see it he could take it that way. Instead he burnt the hell out of his arm and hand, and then discovered that he had some pretty good healing abilities.
His hand was nothing more than a slightly blistered, smokey burn. Nothing like third degree -which had hurt a fair bit- and it didn't look like it would scar either.
So he was healing. Pretty fast. Not immediately, but not too bad. He'd rather have his fire though. And lighting stuff; leaves, paper, sticks, it just wasn't the same. And healing? That was pretty damn lame.*
